1. REGISTERED NURSE HOME HEALTH: (position description)

Central Valley Medical Center Home Health & Hospice is currently seeking a registered nurse to work part-time with possibility of becoming fulltime. This position provides nursing care to patients as prescribed by a physician. Performs in-home assessments and coordinates all patient care. Initiates and applies apprpriate preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing procedures. This position requires a sensitive individual with flexibility in scheduling. Must provide own dependable transportation. Applicant must be a licensed registered nurse in the State of Utah. This position involves lifting. Download and print the accompanying application.
